Payment

All payments are securely processed through PayPal - smith+purton do not collect or hold any credit card or other personal banking details. Payment can be made with your PayPal account, with your credit card or debit card - processed securely by PayPal, or by bank deposit with prior arrangement from smith+purton.

Shipping

Australia: we offer FREE shipping anywhere in Australia on all products. We send our products via Australia Post. Shipping and handling may take between 7-12 business days after your payment has been confirmed.

International: we will ship anywhere in the world. Prices are calculated automatically for you at checkout. We use Australia Post to send our products to you, wherever you are. Shipping and handling may take between 10-17 business days after your payment has been confirmed.

Returns

You may return a product that you have purchased from smith+purton at any time if the product is faulty or different from how it was described or shown. You should contact smith+purton prior to the return of such items to let us know your reason for return. We will happliy offer a refund or exchange if appropriate.

Exchange

Any items purchased from smith+purton can be exchanged at any time if returned unused, in their original condition with proof of purchase. The only exception would be for discontinued stock, in which case we would offer a suitable alternative.

Unless otherwise noted, all content on www.smithandpurton.com.au is owned by smith+purton and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form of the website is prohibited unless written authorisation has been obtained from smith+purton.

Product Care

The printed hemp-cotton blend fabric has the following fabric care requirements:

  • Cold hand/gentle machine wash
  • Wash dark colours separately
  • Line dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Iron on reverse
  • Do not dry-clean

Cushion Inserts:

Inserts are filled with 100% PET fibre, which is derived from recycled water bottles, with each insert saving approximately 30 bottles from entering landfill. They look and feel similar to a high-grade polyester cushion insert, but have a greater resilience rating and will last for much longer. Care instructions: machine wash, line dry.

For tea towels, best absorbency will be achieved after a few washes.
